Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
This notice is published under Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan (Act No. 57 of 1976) in respect of the in-app purchase offered within Golf Rhythm Coach (the "App"), an iOS and iPadOS application published by SEARED BONITO (the "Studio"). It is a disclosure required of sellers under Japanese law; the Japanese text is the governing version.

| Additional costs | Any data and internet connection charges incurred in using the App are borne by the customer. The Studio charges nothing beyond the purchase price. |
| Means of payment | The payment methods of the App Store operated by Apple Inc. (a card registered to the Apple Account, carrier billing, Apple Gift Card and the like). Payment is processed by Apple Inc.; the Studio does not receive card numbers or other payment credentials. |
| Time of payment | Upon completion of the purchase, in accordance with the billing schedule determined by Apple Inc. |
| Time of delivery | The purchased feature becomes available immediately upon completion of the purchase. |
| Returns and cancellation | Given the nature of digital content, returns and cancellations after completion of the purchase cannot be accepted where the reason lies with the customer. Requests to cancel a purchase or obtain a refund are made through the procedure operated by Apple Inc. (reportaproblem.apple.com), and the outcome is determined by Apple Inc. |
| If the App is defective | Where a defect prevents a purchased feature from working as described, please contact the address below. The Studio will repair the defect, provide guidance on obtaining a refund, or otherwise respond as required. |
| System requirements | iOS 17.0 or later, iPadOS 17.0 or later. A companion app for Apple Watch is in development; its release will be announced on the App's page once the date is set. A purchased feature may be unusable on a device that does not meet these requirements — please check before purchasing. |
| Period of provision | A one-time in-app purchase is not subject to any time limit after purchase. Where a subscription is offered, its term and renewal conditions are shown on the purchase screen. |

Supplementary provisions
- The handling of personal information is governed by the separate Golf Rhythm Coach Privacy Policy.
- Where this notice differs from what is displayed on the App Store purchase screen, the terms shown at the time of purchase prevail.
- The Japanese text of this notice is the governing version. Versions in other languages are translations provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese text prevails.
